                  Hi, my name is Eric McKay.

I was born and raised in
Kimberley BC and have spent
most of my life living in the
beautiful East Kootenay Region.

Our family loves it here in the East Kootenay, and we consider ourselves fortunate to be able to be here with all the great scenery and fantastic people.

I am an Infrared Certified Inspector through InterNACHI.

I am an interprovincial journeyman carpenter with more than 20 years experience in the construction industry as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman, and site supervisor.

This experience as a journeyman carpenter helps me recognise hazards and conditions in homes during inspections.

I have worked with, installed, and seen almost every material used in residential, commercial and industrial construction.
