$400.00 for a single detached family home up to 3000 sq feet
$325.00 for a mobile home, row home or a townhome style condominium
$275.00 for an apartment style condominium

Infrared Thermal Imaging Scans
Infrared Thermal Imaging Scans for $225.00
Using our Flir B300 Infrared Camera, we will look at your roof,
electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and
structure.
Infrared Thermal Imaging can detect flaws in insulation in walls, ceilings and floors.
It wil also show you flaws in your in floor heating or in ceiling heating.
An Infrared Thermal Imaging Scan will show you how to improve your
heating / cooling costs, and moisture damage conditions before they turn
into big problems.
We will give you a detailed report on how your home and its components are
functioning, and what improvements you can make before bigger problems
arise.
All fees are subject to HST.
