I had Eric, from East Kootenay Home Inspections Ltd. do a prelisting inspection on my home to help me determine what was
needed to be maintained or repaired.
The one major safety issue that Eric spotted right away was an unsafe natural gas line supplying the garage.
I was unaware this was a dangerous situation and I thank Eric for spotting the condition.
He helped point me in the right direction to a professional to get the gas line removed.
The service call of a plumber was fast and inexpensive.
If anyone has ever dealt with a substantial insurance claim,
then they know the value of what Eric's inspection provided.
